Free on-site gear motor mapping to simplify spare parts and asset management

TNP provides a free gearmotor mapping service to help customers effectively manage the gearmotors used in their facility. TNP engineers survey the requested area, whether a single production line or the entire factory, and record all gearmotors in use.
The collected data is organized into a detailed list including gearmotor locations, identification tags, and specifications. Gearmotors with identical specifications are grouped together, allowing customers to easily see the number of different gearmotor types in their facility. The finalized list is provided to the customer to support spare unit planning, identification of interchangeable gearmotors, and improved maintenance readiness—especially beneficial for plants with a large number of gearmotors
